By booking or using any services from TheWVacations, you agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions. These terms may be updated periodically, and the latest version will apply to all new bookings.

2. Bookings and Payments

Bookings are confirmed once payment is processed. Full payment or a deposit is required, and the balance is due by a specified date prior to your holiday. Applicable taxes or fees will be added at checkout.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Within 48 hours of booking: Full refund minus any applicable GST charges.
• After 48 hours: No refunds are provided for cancellations made after 48 hours.
• Cancellation by us: If we cancel or alter your booking, you will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook.

4. Holiday Packages

Our packages include specific services such as accommodation, transport, and meals. Additional services not included in the package may be available for an extra charge. Itinerary changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and you will be notified in advance.

5. Travel Documentation

Ensure you have valid travel documents (passport, visas) and meet health requirements (vaccinations, travel insurance) before departure. TheWVacations is not responsible for issues caused by missing or incorrect documents.

6. Liability

We act as intermediaries with third-party providers. TheWVacations is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during your trip, except as required by law. We recommend travel insurance to cover potential risks.

7. Conduct

Guests are expected to behave responsibly. We reserve the right to terminate any holiday if disruptive or illegal behavior occurs. You will be responsible for any damage caused during your trip.

8. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Personal data will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy, and may be shared with third-party service providers to fulfill your booking.
