Thank you for choosing TheWVacations. We understand that plans can change, and we are committed to providing flexible cancellation options. Below is our refund policy for cancellations within 48 hours of booking.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellations within 48 hours: If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of making the reservation, you are eligible for a refund, excluding any applicable GST charges.
  • Cancellations after 48 hours: Cancellations made after 48 hours of booking are non-refundable.

2. Refund Amount

For cancellations made within 48 hours of booking: You will receive a refund of the full booking amount minus the GST portion.

Example: If your total booking amount is ₹500 and GST is ₹50, your refund would be ₹450. The GST portion of the payment will be deducted as per applicable tax laws.

3. Refund Process

How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@thewvacations.com within 48 hours of booking, providing your booking details and reason for cancellation.

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 48 hours and credited to your original payment method.

Currency and Fees: Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original transaction. Any international payment processing fees, if applicable, may also be deducted from the refund.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • GST charges are non-refundable as per government tax regulations.
  • Any additional non-refundable service fees or deposits paid at the time of booking are also excluded from the refund.
